da Silva's Weightlifting Log
First cycle is somewhat easy weight (max 80% on any given session)
Obviously, I'm still a noob, so I've put a lot of volume in this training plan, it's paid off before.
Day 1 - C+J, Hang Clean, Front Squat
Day 2 - Snatch, Hang Snatch, OH Squat
Day 3 - C+J Heavier, Clean Pull, Power Jerk
Day 4 - Snatch Heavier, Snatch Pull, Snatch Balance
Day 5 - Box Jumps, Back Squats, Bench, OHP
Clean and Jerk
Afterwards I went into the gym and just did medicine ball slams and back throws, had to get some frustration out.
Was frustrated by my front squat, felt heavy, blaming the overall intensity of the session.
With this plan, I'm making my rest time about 60-90secs to work on cardio, need to lose the love handles.
Obviously, videos to come!
For future reference, current PRs: C+J 85kg, Snatch 60kg, DL 385lbs, Bench 215lbs, OHP 125lbs, FS 265lbs, Squat 300lbs and Box Jump is over just over my waist.
