i have had the expolsive shits from Monohydrate before, but that was whne i was dosing super high.... like a tablespoon instead of a teaspoon.... lol

For me, CEE aint worth it. I just started a serious regimine of CM, and yes, I feel fuller and firmer. I have also noted some arm cramps/spasms.

Those of you that ran or are running mono, did/do you use straight powder/pills, or did/do you use a commercial blend of creatine and carbs? I dose mine in the morning, and use breakfast as my delivery agent.

mine was straight creatine, i may run another cycle but im not sure

Powder.

I've tried the grape juice route, and have used it with low-carb protein powder. Both give me the same results, generally within several days.

I usually just take mine when I have a protein drink. Dosing time, for me, really doesn't seem to impact anything.

Ive ran both at different times and ive also done CEE in pills and took Mono in powder at the same time. Both gave me the same results; stronger, bigger, less recovery time.

I'm just really skeptical of anything besides creatine monohydrate. Lots of "better than creatine" formulas have come out over the years, most of which are more expensive than plain 'ole creatine monohydrate.

I have done the same, but what works best for me is to load up my mono when i mix up my moring shake with oats and just drink it down...

I don't know if I mentioned this...but creatine REALLY works well for me, so my "loading" strategy might not be best for others.

the only creatine I've ever used that didn't make bloat or give me the shits is ALR CR2.
