Monday Test Week
Felt good today, I am off work this whole week. Moving into a new place and then starting a new job on Monday. Really looking forward to it. Felt good today, shoulders are a little beat up.

Bench Press
135x5
170x5
205x3
240x2
255x1
270x1
290x5 (5 plus set)
Had another rep or 2 in the tank, just no spotter. Felt solid, this is the heaviest i have benched in a while. Not sure if it is close to a PR need to review old logs.

DB Military
55s x 6
60s x 6
65s x 6
70s x 3 x 6
These felt really good on my shoulders, going to keep them for a couple weeks.

Chest Supported Rows
60s x 8
80s x 8
100s x 5
110s x 2 x 4
100s x 2 x 8
Decided to go heavy on these, they were feeling good. 110s got a little ugly

Fat Pushdown
70 x 2 x 15
115 x 3 x 10

Face Pulls
115 x 3 x 12

Single Arm Pushdowns
light band x 3 x 10

Hit some curls and extra band face pulls

Supplements were great. Running low on D-pol but I am interested to see how MM feels without the d-pol. I expect similar results. Tomorrow is a heavy squat day, I also got some new oly shoes. Can not wait to try them!!

Tuesday interesting day of lifting
Did not feel great today, little fatigued. I have been moving a lot of furniture but I thought it would be best to train today and then rest and recover tomorrow. I like to keep my days consistent.

Squats
95 x 2 x 5
135 x 3
185 x 3
225 x 3
250 x 3, supposed to be 5 but no biggie
280 x 3
315 x 2 (1 plus set)
Had a couple more reps in the tank, need to work on opening up hips to continue to get Ina better position.

Snatch grip Deadlifts, off 4 mats
225 x 3
315 x 5 x 5
These are weird, but I like them

Paused front squats
135 x 3 x 3
185 x 2 singles
185 x 0, started to black out had to dump
This is the interesting part, not sure what happened, don't remember the descent then I was falling back. Luckily I was able to just dump it. No issue, I was fine, just startled

Pause back squats
185 x 2 x 3
Decided to stop the front squats after that

Stiff legged Deads
135 x 3 x 10

Felt really weird today, I guess I am just fatigued. Need to step up nutrition. Tomorrow I am just going to take a long walk with my sled and do some recovery work, no sprints. Thursday will be doing strict press.

Supplements are going great, running low. Thinking I will take something else for a month or so and run the dpol, mm stack again. I really liked my full write up will come Ina couple days.

Haha thanks hunter!

Feeling good, just need to make sure I get my recovery. Tomorrow I will really take it easy.

Also, forgot to mention, this was the first session in my new Wei-rui oly shoes. They felt great, very solid shoe.
