For now, just Boxing - as I can wear decent footwear and don't have to kick.
after a long time of investigating - I have realized that certain kicking moments aren't agreeing with my right.

I trained in a few arts, Mostly kickboxing - and some Thai boxing like yourself, some Brazilian jiu jitsu (no gi) and mma.

have had ongoing issues with my right knee & feet the last few years, and an issue with my elbow,
seemed to be a patella tracking issue on my knee, collapsed arches & broken toes, loads of small issues that became a big issue over time.
Just wear & tear from training.

so over the last 6 weeks I have been training without issues, which is great! I think I was over doing it in the past.

Haha. I'm 5' 7.5" and weight 210. I think I'm fat fat. It's all a journey. It's hard to have everything at once. Just keep making progress and see what happens.

Rock on.
Thanks man! really enjoying the squats this time around!
Yeah my standard grip bench press has stalled the last two sessions, my deload if i cant get it next time.

Training's going pretty well by the looks of it. Stick with it, and more gains will definitely come.

When i first hit the weights i was still training, probably way too much as i wasnt making much progress with either strength or size, i dont train thai at all now, put all my focus into the gym, its hard to find that balance and not overdo it.
Whatever you're doing is working though mate so keep at it

Yeah I've learned the hard way too, so I keep the martial arts to one day a week and don't train too hard at it/

Thanks for the support.

Tonight's training

Squats 72.5 kg x 5, 5, 5, 5, 5

Straight leg deadlift 42.5kg x 8, 8, 8

Deadlift 77.5kg x 5

BB Oh press 42.5 kg x 5, 5, 5. reduces weight to 32.5 kg x 5, 5

Ended the session

BB Rows (lighter set) 45kg

BB Curls 27.5kg

Close Grip Bench 45 kg

This was a bad session, so I got the main lifts done, then cut its short.
I felt burnt out going into, and just didn't have the energy, Felt my form breaking up towards the end of each set.
This is the first really bad session I've had since I've gotten back into training 6 weeks ago, so I guess its normal.
I will resume training as planned on Saturday, should be a bit fresher! & get it all done.

I felt a bit like a pussy cutting it short, but Im glad I got the main lifts in.
