BB Shrugs 50kg x 10, 10, 10

BB curls 22.5kg x 8, 8, 8

Good Mornings 22.5kg x 10, 10, 10

Crunches x 8, 8, 8

Started eating in a surplus of 300,
2600 Calories
160g protein
80g fat
Rest made of carbs

OHDL, Dray - thanks for stopping in.

Feels good to be back at it.

Im doing lots of strething & foam rolling evevryday,
hopfully this will prevent injury.

Thanks Steve,

I don't think I remember what 100% feels like, but I'm feeling good.

Legs felling a little fatigued, Gonna pay close attention to it as I don't want to miss any more training.
I think its normal though, since I was out of action for so long.

Really enjoying traing, its great to tarin full body again

started off not really feeling in the mood for training, but once I got started that changed,
I had contemplated giving this session a miss & doing it tomorrow instead. But that's the start of a slippery slope, so I cut the BS and got it done.
had a great session, feeling buzzed now, its nice to the numbers moving up.
