Sorry for the lack of updates.


As my knee is still out of action, I have continued to train upper body, its going OK, bench press has at 60kg, so that's a 20 kg increase since I started this log.

But all lifts have plateaued, I think this is because I cant train legs, or not eating enough, have been eating maintenance, as I cant go balls to the wall with training. and didnt want to pudgy. My body weight has stayed the same.


Should get MRI results on Monday, and hopefully have plan for recovery.

Good bench progress. Hopefully the knee sorts itself out, or can be sorted out, ASAP.

But - with due caution, of course (er, and the doctor's OKing) - it might still be good to do the lifts you're able. I don't know... bench, seated rows, seated press, pullups/pulldowns - things like that, for a start, should be alright. I think. :/

Anyway, here's hoping for some good news, mate.

Spent the week previous to this easing into training.
Have been eating at maintenance.
2300 calories
Protein 160g
Fat 70g
Carbs making up the rest

Prior to this I was benching fairly often while my knee was recovering.
bench went from 40kg to 60kg, but I had kit a plateau, so I dropped the weight.
