Looks like a very solid session. Hopefully the form gets sorted ASAP. Doesn't sound too dire anyway. Like, probably an easy form fix rather than something worse.

Thanks men.

Last two sets my form wasn't great. As you can see the bar doesn't follow a smooth path.
Might hold this weight until my form improves.

Squat 90kg x 5,5,5,5,5 (deload to work on forum)
Deadlift 115kg x 5
Overhead press 40kg x 5,5,5,5,5. raining again so had to opt for seated press as my shed is too low to stand and press.
Bent Over row (lighter day) 47.5kg x 5,5,5,5,5.
Close Grip bench press47.5kg x 8,8,8
weighted crunches 10kg x 10, 10, 10.

Poor Session, No progress, but things have been consistently well until now, so its no big deal.

had a deload on squats, to correct form, but my form was still not great on the 4/5 set. perhaps the issue is volume and not the weight.

I honestly thought your form looked pretty good, I'm no expert though. My form wouldn't be any better on a good day. Just keep ticking away at it.

Yeah, to be honest, pretty sure 5x5 sets across would kill me, lol. But rep ranges and volume are one of those things you have to sort out through trial and error, I think.

Still a good session, mate. Not "poor" at all. Squats, deads, two presses, rows and ab work! Eesh. Looks like hard work!

I don't think your form was so off to warrant a deload, it looked fine. Squats are hard and not all your sets are going to be perfect. Especially the last couple 5x5 across. It's a lot of volume! Just my opinion though, there are far more knowledgable people on this forum than I.

Far from a poor session either syn! Just setting yourself up for PRs in the future !

it can be sore at times, but its mostly good, no real issues at the moment.
Been doing a lot of foam rolling/stretching/self massaging everyday.
seems to be working.

also spend a god bit of time working on my feet, my right foot will pop now and then and this can aggravate my knee. so I'm mindful to keep on top of all these things

I also do a couple sets of dumbbell steps ups throughout the week, as well as good mornings, all these things seem to keep my legs balanced.

Thanks for asking
