Thanks guys.

18 days in to cut
Down to 161.5lb
So thats 4.5lbs lost.

Strenght gain in some of the big lifts such as squat & dead lift.
Bench press has been up and down, but no more or less than when I was bulking.

Been very busy with work, so I have been avoiding mab, too many interesting tangents to distract me.

but I have been lifting, all lifts have stayed the same, and Im down to to 160lbs, my pants are starting to fall down so It may time to end this.
