Today's Training

Front Squat 55kg x 5,5,5,5,5

Cg Bench 50kg x 5,5,5,5,5

BB Rows 52.5kg x 5,5,5,5,5

SL dead lift 50kg x 10,10,10

so my goal for the first few months to is the cut some fat,
then slow bulk on a clean slate for the next year or two.

Nice work there. 5x5 is pretty brutal, after a while.

Sounds like a solid plan too, with dat dere "slow bulk" (soon).

Thanks for all the encouragement guys.


The last 6 days I have been on 2000 calories,
My maintenance is 2350.
I have been eating 5 small meals spread out through the day, so I havent really felt the hunger yet.

Tonights training
Squats 95kg x5, 5, 5, 5, 5.
Bench 55kg 5, 5, 5, 5, 5.
Good mornings 32.5kg x10,10
Chin ups x 5, 4, 5, 3
Various core work
