Merry christmas all. Sorry for the lack of updates, been busy with x mas stuff, work.
But I have been lifting
Training hasnt been great. Feeling a little run down.


So theres good and bad things happening.

Tonight's training

Squat - acheived my goal of 90kg x 5, 5, 5, 5, 5

Bench 60kg x 2, faild. Lowerd weight to 50kg x, 5, 5, 5, 5, 5.

Chin ups, 5, 4, 4, 3, 3.

Called it a night

Time to chill with family

trained a few abbreviated sessions over Christmas, not much solid to log.
so started back today

Today's training

Squat - 90kg x 5, 5, 5, 5, 5

Bench - 52.5 kg x, 5, 5, 5, 5, 5

Chin ups -body weight x 5, 4, 4, 4, 2

Good Mornings 30 kg x 10,10

Weighted Sit ups 10kg x 10, 10, 10

Thanks man, I am currently having a debate with myself as to what to set.

I want to loose the spare tier around my waist, so I'm thinking along the lines of a 8 or 10 week cut, (nothing too drastic) and try maintain or even gain some strenght while cutting.

as My belly just balloons when I bulk, as I have been bulking while already carry a lot belly fat, so maybe I'll give the above a try for a few weeks and see how it goes.

Good luck with whatever you choose man ! I think loosing weight and gaining some strength is defiantly doable, i've heard people talk of eating your carbs around your workout to help which would make sense.

Good start to a year of smashing dem weights.

As for cutting (or bulking, actually) I suggest watching the Bearded Beast's videos on that, and taking his advice. He knows his stuff!
