It's all looking good there, mate. But I'd say the squats and deads are particularly notable. Nice progress.

Great workout syn! I'm sure there's a reason, but why in the world are SLDL's before deads? I'd do the heavier and harder lift first. Keep smashing it though !

Thanks Man.

Well my reason for doing SLDL's first, I kinda treat it like warm up sets before the Main dead lift,

so I would do the SLDL's then move on to 50kg standard dead lift and build up to the main set

Is this incorrect?

Ill probably be changing this once I hit my goal of 100kg dead lift anyway

Incorrect, not really! There's too many ways to train and we are all different. But the big lifts normally come first. Your body should be plenty warmed up and ready to pull heavy after your squat sets

oK, cool.

My lower back is starting to feel little fatigued so I will aim to changes things up after I reach my goals (which I think I am well on track) Christmas isnt too far away, neither is a 100kg dead lift!

Thinking of Squating & dead lifting on separate days in some form of A/B full body routine, getting tired squatting every session, also getting a little tired of 5x5 for mains sets, Might aim for 3 x 8 -10

I use power cleans as light warmups for deadlifts (I do them just before DLs), and I find this works pretty well, so yeah, I could see SLDL working the same kind of way.

Just my 2c. As for 5x5 squats over and over again? Nope, not for me! But if it's still producing results, well, why not stick with it.

You do what to generally do the heaviest lift first to improve form and effectiveness, but I can see the SLDLs working as a warmup. That makes sense. If it's working, keep at it.
