Thanks Man, I appreciate it.

Its been a good two months, feel like I'm getting stronger - not too long ago Knee surgery was mentioned, as they couldn't figure out how best deal with my knee/feet issue.
I was told to quit strength training completely,


its also very Interesting that instinct, the interwebz, some Elliot hules videos and €7 pdf have helped me more than several physiotherapist & a doctor

Tonight's training

Squats 77.5 kg x 5, 5, 5, 5, 5

Straight leg deadlift 42.5kg x 8, 8, 8

Deadlift 80kg x 5

BB Oh press 42.5 kg x 5, 5, 5, 5, 5.

BB Rows (lighter set) 47.5kg

BB Curls 30kg x 8, 6, 5

Close Grip Bench 45 kg x 8, 8, 8

Crunches with 10kg plate on chest, x 16, 10, 8


Good session, lower back is quite fatigued.
Oh press felt a lot stronger than previous session, I happy with this - as I really struggled the last time.

Need to keep on top of core work, as I often omit crunches at the end - I may do them on no lifting days.

yesterdays training

Squat 80 kg x 5, 5, 5, 5, 5

Bench 57.5 kg x 5, 5, 5, 5, 4 (video below so you guys can check my form)

BB Row 57.5 kg x 5, 5, 5, 5, 5

BB Shrugs 65 kg x 14, 12, 110

BB curls 30 kg x 8, 6, 6

Good Mornings 30 kg x 10, 10, 10

this session was scheduled for Friday, But I held off the extra day so I could train on Saturday while it was bright (my day off) so I could record my bench press for some form Critique . week days I train at night with very little light.

Good work syn! Hard to tell anything on your bench from that angle honestly. But from what I could see it looked fine. Squats looked good too. Keep working hard!
