Fun exercise. Am getting the hang of it so will go heavier now.

Curls and corework at the end. Weight is increasing so chinups are getting harder to do. Hopefully will set some PRs on Wednesday.

Stick to the program, its hard sometimes but always works best, power cleans are on my to learn list, good stuff!
