Trained again today. I'm now living round the corner to the college gym.

Squat 115kg 1x3 failed again bar speed was so slow.

105kg 3x5

Bench 3x5 115kg more volume so set PR

OHP 1x5 70kg PR

Chins 22.5kg 1x6 PR

Power clean 8x3 65kg

Bench 6x5 112.5kg set PR
also did a triple with 117.5kg

Chinups with 25kg 3x3

Dumbbell row 3x 8 48kg PR

My upper body is getting very strong. I reckon I may have a 315 bench by about June next year.

Bad session today due to fire alarm at 4 am and poor nutrition at weekend. I will try and do better tomorrow but i did set a lot of PRs this past month.

pullups to failure

Bench 5x5 115kg PR did 4 reps with 117.5kg PR
Deadlift 1x5 145kg PR
5x3 chins 25kg
3x10 45kg curls.
Tri extensions 3x10 45kg

Seem to be making some really good bench progress
