Not at all pleased with how my 5/3/1 week went last week...not at all. So, I'm gonna do it again this week in lieu of deload Starting tomorrow - I'm still recovering from Saturday!!

6x3 three position squat cleans (high hang, mid hang and from the ground)
@65lbs, 75lbs, 85lbs, 95lbs, 105 lbs, 115lbs (missed the mid hang rep on that one).

5x3 BTN split jerk
@75lbs, 85lbs, 95lbs, 105lbs, 115lbs

5x3 three second paused front squats
@85lbs, 95lbs, 105lbs, 115lbs, 115lbs

3x10 Reverse GHD with 2PPS

21-15-9 Deadlift (155lbs) + Handstand pushups (I'm down to using only 1 abmat to scale). Time: 10:00

All day Sunday I wondered why I did so much work...lol
