I didn't know how to describe it lol.
Normally you see the big vein on up and downpour biceps when you lean up. Now I'm seeing branches of the vein go across my arms.

No real exercise but did a ton of walking around looking at houses I can't afford (Big house showcase all over the city).
Told a lady I'd seriously consider the 1.29 Million house that came with a $100,000 credit to do the backyard landscaping. lol

OFF DAY MACROS: 45F/160C/225P

I know it's because I ate 230g of egg whites at almost midnight last night and my sodium was off the charts but still plays tricks with my mind coming off that lower carb day and weighing in heavy. Better hit it hard this week!

6/24/2013

Weight: 176.6lb

**My progress pics this week were looking very good though. Better than I expected.
I am looking for great though not just good!

**Deload week as this is 10 weeks out. Going lighter with a slightly different scheme. I know deloading is something I have trouble with so focusing on just hitting the numbers and cardio.

Even worse have to convince 1000s to buy our supps over all others lol

An idea of where I am today. Pretty good lighting, no flexing.
