Oh no problem haha wasn't trying to be an ass either. Worth every penny I've spent. Wish Id had him sooner. I started trying to cut down last fall and made decent progress and lost weight. But I think I was spinning my wheels a bit and would have had 10x the results with John then

Sounds like you are super close. Whenever I'm cutting and those veins get really prevalent, it's like 2 more weeks and then I'm feeling really lean.

What ab work are you throwing in to tighten that mid section up?

Taking the advice from bb12/JZ on the HIIT on the elliptical eh? Haha, whatever gets the result right?
