Calves/inner outer leg work.
Got a stomach virus or something the other night so took some time off.
That one day was needed. Sad part is I lost about 10lbs of water/ glycogen from that so I felt weak as crap when I went back in yesterday.

Some other news... After having fun with high frequency squatting over the summer I've slowly worked my way back to what I use to do when I was squatting 450. I was only squatting once a week though then yet I doubt I'll change up my routine that much. I've come up with an upper/lower(arms included) that I'm going to run now.

Size is still my main goal but moving heavier weight for reps is what put the most size for me.
Plus this setup allows me to better focus on bodyparts and at the same time movements rather than me just burning through my calories everyday which I think is the mindset That has affected me the most since the end of my cut.

I know I'm not eating enough though especially when I have striated glutes while I'm bulking per say. Added calories today. Gotta keep at it though.
