My workout yesterday. I had swapped most of my fats out for carbs for the past week. Pretty much high carbs for me for the first time since February. Weighed myself and dropped ten lbs on 3000 cals haha I'm not complaining.

Very quick workout. Got to gym later due to class so felt rushed entire time haha but my work capacity has increased as well I'll take it. My top lifts have a lot of progression in them so I'm milking that for now.
