Saturday Events Training:

Ok, so the day started off terrible. I was doing oly training and tweaked my back on a light snatch. Couldn't breath and stand up at the same time for a good 20 minutes. Finally rolled it out and hung from the chin up bars to stretch things out, felt good enough to run events.
