Thanks men. Weight loss stalled at about 295 (so 20 pounds down) for a few weeks with my buddy's wedding and some travel, but getting it going again. 292 on Sunday.

Decent upper day yesterday. Stomach bug of some sort, in the bathroom between sets most of the time, but needed to get that pump on.

205 x 1 - done for now. back up near 275 in a few weeks i think, but felt like i was pushing my luck with how my upper back felt, couldn't keep stable it was so sore from deadlifts

First squat day back. Things felt a little heavy and awkward, but work was done.
