Alright, back from vacation and holy crap was it epic. Decent training yesterday even though I did eff up a wrist while clowning around on mountains.

Squat
185 x 5
225 x 5
275 x 5

Bench

225 x 3 - just too much wrist pain. had to wrap even for 135, shut bench down for the day

1 arm Row - started slow to test the wrist
