Short session today, being very careful with my neck. Last year around this time I was out of commission for over a month due to a neck injury and it feels very similar the past couple weeks. Still got work done but not pushing when it starts to twinge.

Bench
Bar x 10 - felt heavy
135 x 5 - still very rough
185 x 3 - thought i might miss a 4th
205 x 1
225 x 1 - feeling lighter
250 x 1 - heavy but smooth
225 x 1
225 x 3
225 x 2
225 x 1 - progress from last week, shooting for 5 triples in a few more weeks.

BB Row

225 x 1
265 x 6
265 x 7

Way to listen to your body and shut it down when you feel it is right. In the end I think you will come out on the better end of this by being smart.

First day back after a long weekend, feeling pretty good. Not much on squats as I'm still rehabbing the wrist, but hammered the legs anyway

1 and a half Squat
135 x 5
225 x 3
315 x 1

Rack Pull/Power Shrug
135 x 10
225 x 10
315 x 10
405 x 10
495 x 3

Leg Press
400 x 20/10/10 - rest pause, 10 breaths between sets

Single Leg Curl
45 x 10

BB Calf Raise
245 x 5/8/4/3 - pauses were to reset straps. Calves were getting murdered today on this.
