Thanks Everyone! Logging friday's session. Planning on hitting the strongman gym this afternoon for stones.

Bench +5 pounds on my max sex
Bar x 10
135 x 10
185 x 5
205 x 3
225 x 1
255 x 1 - was pretty rough but it went. going to stay here another week or two
225 x 3
225 x 1 - some pain in the left biceps. I need to video my next session and see whats going on over there.

BB Row
135 x 5
225 x 5
275 x 5 - got yelled at for making too much noise

BTN Press - these felt way better than the last time I did them. I'll be doing sets of 8 with this weight next time, then adding weight from there.

405 x 5 - didn't feel all that heavy, but i really don't want torn callouses right now and the bar was slipping some. the current plan is to hit a top weight for 3 sets of 8. Why 8 and not 10? because 8 is 2^3 and 10 is just gross.
