Thanks folks. Major changes going on for me right now and life is generally pretty good. I'm down 22 pounds since it July meet in Iowa and getting stronger. This is what we do.

Squat
135 x 3
225 x 3
315 x 1
365 x 1
405 x 1
405 x 1
405 x 1

Farmers Walk
140 x 100 feet
205 x 100 feet

Front Yoke Walk - balance it on your delts like a front squat
160 x 50
160 x 50
290 x 50

Yoke Walk
470 x 50

Axle C&P
Lots of light stuff
200 x 1

Twisted a knee (not major, just enough to need to stop for the day) on a 225 attempt. So that was it for today.

Although I have always thought mass moves mass, it seems now the trend is that leaner mass moves just as much if not more mass. I think shaving a few excess lbs off also makes us feel better and provides for a psychological boost.

Well done once again Brute. 3 singles at 4PPS is not too shabby at all.

Thanks folks.

Taking it easy in the weight room this week. Contest this weekend and rehabing a torqued knee. Also first week of grad school. It only gets better from here.
