Probably a good move on the strapless gown, I mean RDL's. Give that poor back a little break! Still nice work.

haha thanks Hunter. There are more meets to come, but not nearly as many. Aug 31st, Sept 28th, Nov whateverth at the UPA, Dec 15ish for a nationals qualifier in NAS

Thanks Jim. Just doing some active recovery Besides, I had a whole 2 days off!

Easy day today, got in and got some work done, but nothing major.

2 days off??? Man, that must have felt like an eternity, especially when the withdrawal symptoms set in lol.

Pretty decent rows at 125 for double digits. Sucks that you don't have a decent bench to work with. The Crew recently bought a heavy duty new bench which is just incredible.
