Gassed!!! I am not a fan of Rep Deads Day. I'm hoping that they will pay off in the future though.

Using the Trap Bar for Deads is a totally different animal. It seems to take the lower back out of the equation. This is good for me b/c I still every now and then have lower back issues. Nothing bad but its still there. The TB instead focuses on hitting the quads pretty hard. Quads were still a little sore from squatting on saturday and last night didn't help.

I did cut out Meadows row and TB walk b/c my grip, quads and upper back were pretty much fatigued. It was also like blizzard conditions and I still had snow to shovel. Hoping I will eventually be able to do my TB walks soon.

Otherwise, I do like this programming. It hits you from all angles. Variations on the main lifts are a nice change. Working to make you all-around strong(er).

I actually first started doing deads about 4 years ago using a machine at the old gym that mimicked a trap bar deadlift - so i sorta get what you mean. Really pleased you can use the trap bar and get the work in.

I am with you about rep days. Most of them I feel like I have worked harder than heavy days. Today was my last heavy squat day for Kingpin. Flew by. Last rep day took an eternity. At any rate. Keep up the good work.

Fantastic news about the deadlifts. All that work, I'm sure you were gassed. Your squat is going to shoot up I bet.
