Another good session in the books. Money set on bench was weird. Was going for a new rep record, but fell well short. Reps 4 and 5 it was like I lost all strength in my left arm. No pain or anything, just no power. Was able to finish without any issues. Not sure what happened. Oh well, live to lift another day.

I think we are close to being on the same schedule.

No vest walks, but I am walking when weather is good. Have a 3 yr old I don't want to take out in the rain/cold.

Mods are: Subbed 1 session of Pallof Press for 1 session of Side Bends, DB Rows/Meadows rows for one session of chins, cut chins in half from 50 to 25, alternate Face Pulls and Pullaparts and 1 session of EZ bar curls and 1 session of Reverse EZ bar curls.

Another quick session. I can tell I have lost some strength since my Smolov bench month. During that time I hit 135x10, but that was not happening last night. Oh well, just gives me time to build that strength back up.

Trap Bar DL is really helping. Those 5 sets were easy peasy. Its also helping with form.

No back raises b/c we are in the process of moving and I had to wonderful job of moving boxes from downstairs to upstairs. Lower back took a pounding, but I got 90% of it accomplished. Want to get it done before squats tomorrow.
