Off to a great start DZ! What do you feel is such an issue on your squat to reset it?

Still trying to find my groove again. Had some lower back issues in July/August to where I had to stop squatting. Lower back is feeling much better, but I am now trying to protect my lower back to prevent any issues. Really working on form, staying tight and upright with no lean. I figured lowering the weight can help me improve strength and form. So far I think its working. Also just trying to get my wheels back under me.

I absolutely was referring to the adult beverages and yes you should. Like squats, it cures all illness

Nice start to the new program. Never a bad idea to reset the squat and improve the form. I've had to do that several times and each time I come back a little bit better (at least in my mind).

I really agree with this. I feel like I am getting better even with having to reset.

Great session. Finally hitting a good groove. Still not quite ready to start DLing from the floor. TB is working great right now. The back raises should help strengthen my lower back and eventually allow me to pull from the floor again.
