Squats/lower back felt real good tonight. I went in a little worried just b/c I haven't squatted 295 in a loooonnnngggg time. My goal was 5 but I am happy with 3.

I did a lot of extra squats just to work on form. I think I will stay with this format for a while.

The top set did surprise me a bit. Wasn't sure how my lower back would hold up. Did just fine. Not a bit of trouble.
