Haven't done any OH pressing in over a month. Picked up where I left off. Felt real strong through the whole session. Those rest/pauses are a little harder than what I anticipated, but worth it. Really like this set-up. Looking forward to some decent gains.

As of right now, lower back does not seem to be an issue. Going to wait one maybe two weeks before I try deadlifting.

Nice press work DZ! Happy to hear the back was agreeable. Is that the first time using the SS for dips? I've never tried it with the BD. How did you like them?

Lower back has been feeling a lot better. Never has OHP affected my lower back though.

That is not the first time I have used my SS for dips. I like the SS assisted dips. Really hits the tris even more b/c you can rep more. Give a try.

Awesome!!! First time in over a month that I have been able to Back Squat w/out the bench. I am rusty, but this is a big step forward. No issue with my lower back, except my left hamstring is a bit tender. PVC roll and some light stretching, should be good to go.

So far, I really like the Rest/Pause. Bench should be pretty easy tomorrow.
