Very strong session tonight. I am enjoying this BBB so far. I am trying to limit myself on the accessories, but I have had real good luck with all of my back work. Its hard to give it up. I enjoy my upper back/lats work so I am going to keep ENOUGH to make/keep me happy. Everything felt real good tonight. Looking forward to DL Saturday. Have to squeeze in a quick one. My son's bday is this weekend. He will be the BIG 3. Watch out world!

The REAL Alice in Chains!
Great work DZ! Congrats on the PR! Happy Birthday to your little man! Keep smashing!!!!!!

Super impressive bench work
It seems like when I do bench or press, I always feel like doing extra work. I think its b/c they are not as taxing as squat and dl.

Thnx Deadlifter Jim!

Really nice rep PR. The PR train is rolling along.
I would buy Wendler's book, but I don't need too many good ideas flying through my head right now. I have to stay on the course I set for myself. But I will get it eventually.
2 was a wild age! Ready to pull my hair out. I have gotten more gray hairs than I would like. All apart of the parenting game!
Wendler's new book is totally worth it when you are ready.

DONE

Great AM session. Cup of coffee with a splash of chocolate milk did wonders.
Was trying to hit 10 on the money set, but just didn't have the energy. I change the BBB 10x5 to 5x5 b/c of a previous experience w/ BBB deadlift. I have it set so it will be 5x5, 5x3, 5x2 and 5x1. Think this will work better. I like the Pallof Press 2.0 better than the regular. Works more core/abs. Happy with how everything is going so far.

Thanks for the continued support!

Props for adhering to the K.I.S.S. principle DZ!! I think 5 reps is just perfect for pulls. Works for me.

Ya, I like lower reps for pulls too, with the occasional high rep death set. Nice pulling session.
