Problem has been recognized and solved!
The singles were just to see how much I could do.

3/5/1 Cycle 15 Wave 1 BBB Powerlifting

Squat w/u
45x10
95x5
115x5
155x5
185x3

Working
215x3

BBB Squats
155x10x5

Chins (supersetted w/ BBB Squats)
BWx5x5

ABS
Pallof Press w/ red EFS Band
5x3e

DONE

I have changed my training back to the BBB training. I hope this prevents me from overdoing it on the accessory work. I actually found a different version in Wendler's Beyond 5/3/1. It starts out with 10x5 at 50% for two cycles. Then you move to 5x5 at 80% for another two cycles. After that, then its 5x3 at 90% and the final is 5x1 at 100% of your TRAINING MAX not actual max. I am going to do one cycle of each 10x5, 5x5, 5x3 & 5x1 then depending on how I like it, start over at 10x5 and do it again. This should help me focus on the main lifts and less of the accessory work. I think this should work for me a lot better. Keep It Simple Stupid!

LEMMY!

I like the plan with the 531 DZ - after all, the usual BBB is too freaking boring lol. Tonight you kept it to 1 accessory lift after BBB which is perfect. Really cool exercise that Pallof Press as well. I will have to try it. It seems sort of like an upright plank with a press mixed in.

I like the new BBB style. Not so boring as 5x10 all the time. Wendler seems to have some pretty cool ideas in his new book.
