Those Joker sets didn't really go as planned. I was trying for 405x5, but the 4th rep was kinda ugly and didn't want to pull anymore. I wanted at least 425x2 but grip failed and I was already totally gassed. I did rest 10 minutes after the 355x10 set. I think I would've hit the Joker sets IF I wouldn't have done the 10 reps. Oh well. I will get the hang of these Joker sets yet. Very happy with the way my training went tonight. I felt really strong through the sets. I wish I could feel like this during OH Press and Squats. Just gotta keep my head down and plow through the bad. Eventually the clouds will break.
