Happy with tonights squat session. Wanted to set a rep PR, but I just didn't have it in me. I'll get it next time. Dropped the reps on RDLs b/c all the squats had me sweating buckets. Totally gassed out, but I finished strong. Wanted another pull, so I added in Rack pulls which are set at 50% of my max. Nice and light while focusing on form. Done for the weekend. Time to veg out tomorrow. OH Press is Monday.

I have done 2 finisher sets before, but not very often, a sit takes awhile for the brutality to fade away in my memory. PR matches are sweet as well since it proves the last PR was not a fluke!!
