MAB Full Body Workout

Squat
20x70
I used a lower box than last week. I could definitely tell a difference.

DB Bench Press
8x45
6x45
4x45
I wasn't able to get the full reps (18/20), but considering this was the first time I'd used 45lb dumbells for presses, it wasn't too disapointing.

Barbell Rows
10x85
8x90
6x90
I initially started with the weight I used last week, but it seemed too easy; so I went up. I felt like my form improved compared to last week.

DB Curls
10x25
6x25
5x25
(21/25 reps) I've never been able to get past 25lbs n DB curls.

Abs (Leg Raises) 25,25,18

I just can't seem to get the full reps with this weight. (15/20 reps)

Close Grip Bench

Dumbell Rows

(20/20 reps)
I was surprised I was able to go up on rows and my form didnt fall apart

Barbell Curls

(24/25 reps)

Standing Calf Raise (Reverse Hack Squat Machine)

10x160
This is the most I've ever used for calves. I was pretty excited

Abs: (Decline Crunches) 20,20,20

All in all not a bad workout considering I was only able to eat once today, and It was just a salad with topped with chicken.

I did these instead of dip because my right shoulder was hurting

Seated Calf Raise

With the exception of pull ups, all my lifts were down this week compared to this workout last week, especially deadlift. My utter lack of sleep and grab as you go eating over the last few days, im sure, has alot to do with it. Work and internship has been relentless. Hopefully next week will be better. Im not too discouraged.

Awesome work mate, when you cant get enough rest it really knocks your training around. I find lots of Milk Helps with my recovery, you should try it.
