150kg 1x0 It's there, I'm struggling with my new bench press, getting the bar off the uprites is a real bitch.
Added Slinger

I'm gunna start benching in my cage again, this new bench is not so great when you are training my yourself. Its to hard to bring the bar out, so I use up too much power before I have even started my lift..
