Great job on getting into the 500 club! Ive been struggling with getting my log done too. Im getting back into it now and feeling a lift in spirits from it.

Thanks everybody

I seem to of managed to strain / Pull / Tear both of my Hamies while dismounting the crapper yesterday . Things feel alot better today than they did yesterday but I'm taking it easy for the next couple of days.

Leading up to this we disaster I had the worst DOMS of my life. I did a pitiful 3x sets of front squats after my main squats on Saturday and holly crap I was sore. Looking back I must of strained something and its all lead to this .

I had terrible DOMS for days doing the same damn thing. Back squats then many fronts. Heal up fast buddy.

Thanks Folks I missed Deadlift day to allow some healing but then I carried on with the rest of the week very carefully.
