Nice work there, Nath. How you finding Meadows Rows? I've just started doing a similar lift myself (1-arm barbell rows, with one end on the floor in a corner) and so far, I like 'em.

Thanks Mic , Yeah Meadows Rows are great, I like em, They hit my back and not my arms which I like because I normally blow out my biceps and never hit my lats. 40k was way too easy though, more weight next time.

Hows your energy levels getting? I have a pretty mentally stressful job, and I noticed it definitely affects my energy levels. Its funny how a mentally draining day can have so much more negative impact than a physical day. Thats why I hate lifting after work, I literally drag myself into the gym sometimes and that sucks because its the one thing I enjoy doing.

Gidday mate, yeah my energy is coming back, or is back. Yeah I'm sure it is work related so I'm just trying to block out all the daily trials out. Seems to work.

Cheers , Nath

Yer arms are tired after 5x5 bench and 5x5 press?! Yeah, funny that.

Good work, mate. Supplementary stuff never matters as much anyway. Your focus is on the right things.
