16/7/13

Tonight didn't go so well, I motored through my back squats no problem, then I started on my roman Deads and my low back started hurting again.

Back Squat
Bar 2x10
60kg 2x10
100kg 2x5
140kg 1x5
147.5kg 10/7/5=22 (3x20)

Roman Deads
60kg 2x10
100kg 1x3 all bad from there.

Strong squats skids ! You're squatting heavy for high reps, that's always gonna leave the lower back fatigued.

Cheers guys, I think I might leave out the romin deads for now and just do more squats after back squats. Fronts , narrow, some other variation , and finish it off with leg curls and gut work. I might try 5x10 for my accessory like in the big and boring workout, What do yous think ? I am on one of BTB program and I don't like to change anything because it feels like I'm kicking sand is his face. Cheers Nath.
