Default Girl tries to lift serious weights

Gi guys...

I decide to start journey here...

I am 28 years old, lifting serious for 5 and half years. I am 5' 10" high, and I have 163 lbs at moment

20 months ago I was 188 lbs

So we can start seriously here... Working out serious 5 and half yesrs

Currently I am 178 cm/5'10" high and 74 kg/163 lbs, and after a long time again, I get into the bulk phase.

, I'm 28 years old, in his spare time practicing MMA, and I hope that good friendships with everyone through this and other topics ... Usually train in the morning before work

The first day of the program are exercises for chest, triceps and abs, the next leg and calves. It's followed by one day rest. The fourth day the order is training for the shoulders and the hamstrings and abs and pert day cycle of the program are back and calves. Then follows the rest and the whole cycle repeats itself.

I eat seven times per day, I like to meet new frineds and hopefully good company with everyone through this topic ...

Today was training number 1, for chest, triceps and calves...

Chest)

Bench press after 2 sets og warmuing up
70 kgs 8 reps, 7 reps, 7 reps
80 kgs 3 reps, 2 reps
70 kgs 5 reps

Incline dumbell press/2x27,5 kgs/60 lbs
10 reps, 9 repos, 9 reps, 8 reps, 7 reps, 6 reps...

Pullover, 4 sets

Triceps

Dips
bodyweight 36 reps
+20 kgs 12 reps, 11 reps, 11 reps, 9 reps

Narrow bench press, 50 kgs, 10 reps, 9 reps, 9 reps 7 reps

Abs
Crounches 6 sets
Plank 4 sets

No cardio
I am maybe satisfied, I loosed lot of strength since last time, but I hope it would be back soon...
