Planks are easy

Are you fellas planking on a swiss ball?

The ball does add a tremendous element of balance that I find very challenging.

Planks for sure. I like to challenge myself and hold for as long as I can They give my core a great workout.

That's it! My PR is only about a minute and a half. Great way to get abs used to holding contractions for relatively long periods.

To be honest I don't really bother much with any variation of planks,
Just the weighted straight leg raises(thanks OR!!) weighted cable crunch from knees and some weighted side bends
