*Think I may of had a 7th rep in me but with no spotter and already hit my goal I stopped there. See how this week goes and how I feel. I'll either restart another 6 week cycle or keep going until I cant hit 5 reps.

*Wanted to get more than 5 reps but, on the 4th and 5th rep my arms started shaking/wobbling so I racked it. But, I hit my goal for this cycle so cant really complain.

Decided to start up a new cycle (6 Weeks), will add 5lbs to my squat/bench and 10lbs to my deadlift. Gonna switch up my assistant work a little bit next cycle.
