Progress all over. When your bench max becomes easy enough that you can attempt a double, you're still stronger than you were even if you miss the double.

Go get that big squat.

Thanks for the support men, 155 was tough, but I should be able to hit a 5lb PR this coming week! Benching just isnt my strong point, so I really gotta find what will help me get stronger. (Raw)

I think this next cycle(s) I'll shoot for a new 5RM instead of 1RM. That way I can still train for strength as well as size. Since I'm not a competitive lifter and Gym maxes dont really matter (except for me) working up to a new 5RM may pay off more in the long run..
