ProMera Sports, War Against The Holiday Weight Gainz


Hello everyone, I am BB2K. I will be logging PEAK400, Beta-Crete 2.0 and Amino Tren as well as my training. Im in my bulking phase of my diet. I just competed in 4 Bodybuilding shows and i'm ready to grow for next year!



A little about me:
I am 46 years years old.
30% disabled in my right leg (so nobody can whimp out and say "my knee hurts")
Father of 3
Step Father of 3
Work from home and part time as a personal trainer

MONDAY'S

Leg Day! Heavy Medium Rep

THURSDAY'S
Back and Biceps HEAVY low rep

FRIDAY'S
Chest and Triceps LOW weight high reps

SATURDAY'S
Legs (hamstring focus) Medium weight high reps

SUNDAY'S
Back and Biceps LOW weight high reps

*calves are done daily.
*The amount of weight I use isn't super heavy for 2 reasons. I don't feel super heavy weight is needed to grow mass. At least for my body, plus i am dealing with 2 injuries that just won't heal and i have to train the best I can. Right hip flexor is inflamed, left gltue/ham string tie in is also badly inflamed. meds, shots, massage etc none have helped, so i train around them.





Diet

Currently I am reverse dieting, slowly bringing carbs back into my diet. At my last show I weighed in at 197lbs lean as hell. I am currently 207lbs and still very lean. My goals with this stack are to add quality muscle mass and keep fat gainz to a minimum. I have training day macros, off day macros and refeed day macros. I always look forward to my refeed days!




Pics from each show I did this year. Notice the size improvement while still cutting. I was using ProMera supps at the time. Con-Crete made a huge difference!

Day 1 back in the gym after my vacation. I was excited and ready to go! I honestly thought I would "pick up where i left off" but that wasnt the case today lol I ate way to much while in NC. Gained 10lbs! I was rather winded between sets and the pump/burn was a lot more intense today.

Chest and Triceps with my boy Brandon Cass today. Left should felt a lot better after the 1hr massage and some "pain a trate" (its a pain reliever cream) Brandon killed my chest today, couldnt go heavy due to the shouler but we did a lot of sets and reps.

LEG DAY! Hit the gym with my trainer today, he has NO mercy on me.But thats a good thing lol We call leg day "The PAIN Train". Ive made damn fine progress with my leg workouts, had an inflamed hip flexor / IT Band and i couldnt squat for months, leg press over 405 nor hack squat over 225! It sucked, the pain was incredible. BUT its finally better and my numbers are going up finally!


LEGS

Leg EXT: 5 x 15 with 135, 135, 150, 150, 150

Leg Press: 5 x 15 with 405, 495, 585, 675, 765

Hack Squats: 2 x 10 with 225 3 x 8-10 with 315

Sissy Squats BW + 10lb plate (i= know that isnt much but an improvement)
