Again, ran out of time at the end, so ended up with crappy reps for dips (and chins). But overall, not a terrible session, all things considered. I think I've chosen good weights for everything (except for last session, where I was a bit optimistic at first).


edit: Thinking about shifting to the deadlift reps for everything else as well (3 sets, rep goal 15 / 3 sets, rep goal 30). Next week, I guess.

Some great deadlifting volume there. Those back off sets of 10 reps are no joke.

Everything felt heavy today - except for light benching, I guess - like, more than it should. Definitely lost a bit of strength recently. :/ Oh well, the only way to go is onwards.


Squat 115kg/253lb x 5,5,5 (15/15)
Squat 86kg/189.2lb x 10,10,10 (30/30)

Bench 82.5kg/181.5lb x 5,5,5 (15/15)
Bench 62.5kg/137.5lb x 17,10,13 (40/30)

+ a bunch of chest-supported rows, chinups, pullups and dumbbell rows.


You know that feeling, when you're almost sure that you're doing something wrong? Yeah...

Still, the bench and overhead press aren't miles away from where they were, now I think about it. Mostly squats and deadlifts have taken a big hit.
