Hell yeah! I love these, especially right after deads. People would be surprised at just how much weight they can handle on Pendlay rows if they stop worrying about making it pretty. Using a slightly wider grip absolutely nails the upper back.

K...so after watching that Vid I realize I baby my rows too much and keep my form too strict. Will work on being more explosive...looks like BtB even uses a little leg drive...not at all how I have been doing them.
