Deadlift
135 x 5
185 x 5
210 x 5
235 x 5
235 x 5
255 x 2
210 x 8

Front squats
65 x 8
95 x 5
105 x 5
120 x 5
120 x 5
135 x 2
105 x 12

Still new to front squats ... So, taking it very easy. They feel quite easy with these weights.

Skipped assistance work - time shortage.

It is on purpose. Half squats is the old (1950s) name for below parallel, non-ATG squats, basically what Rip seems to coach. A full squat is an ATG squat, while quarter squats are un-intentional shitty form in most cases
