what you put in ur whey?

let's take somme ideas on how we can make our shakes richer


mine are

1)a shake with whey and oats,1 scoop whey,3 scoops oats
into 400ml water

giving me 23 gr protein,100gr carbs,700cals

2)post 1 scoop whey + 2 gr l-proline


3) pre bed 1 scoop of milk protein

Post workout, whey and water

Occasionally before bed - whey, water, heavy cream, almond butter

i have vanilia whey and unflavoured milk protein(highly NOT reccomended)

I use cinnamon for my coffee, chocolate and vanilla for the other stuff depending on whats in stock when i buy it.

This is also my question. I don't see the point of spiking your insulin so early in the morning. This is not ideal.

i have high protein in the breakfast and some carbs,50-60gr but not good qulity
it's from a banana and a glass of milk
so i balance it,some how,with that shake,at 10-11 oclock

this is a snack after breakfast,it's not in the morning
i don;t see a huge insulin spike

100 grams of carbs is gonna spike your insulin weather you like it or not. Your body has to react to the incoming carbs, so, basically insulin is now the train conductor, directing unneeded carbs to fat stores. This is a shake for post workout.
