Decided to do the Magnusson/Ortmayer deadlift routine for my deadlift. I realized that it's very hard for me to progress on deadlift without being told what needs to be done.
Still working on my form, but I'd say it was pretty decent.
Vid inc of I think last set of 4, both sets of 2, and the set of 10.

Had some weird pains on bench today. Felt the lift in my biceps and my 1st rep of all sets felt awkward and off.
